If you allow it, pet parents upload vaccine records in the client app or portal and enter each expiration date for your team to review and approve, and an optional setting stops them requesting services until their pet’s vaccines are up to date. Staff see past-due alerts on the pet’s profile and with pending requests. We didn’t find automatic reading of vaccine documents.16, 17, 18
